Work was pretty much fine
the people there are nice basically
my post according to Mr Harrod is called Assistant Designer
but im not framing myself with that name rather i keep it as "Assisting THE designer"
Those 2 days i have been kept busy with sorting of fabrics making sure the whole box is scanned and amending the size to keep it standardized and neat
then i have to look thru tons of magazines in search of fall/winter 0809 print ads from various brands and at the same time do up the course schedules in visual forms.
why am i doing all that? for what purpose u might ask..
well basically all the above stuff ive done will be placed on a TV screen just right at the door of our office..
( will show the surrounding of the office soon )
its kinda stress free so far bcoz i do not really have datelines in submitting the work in hand
but ive already finished doing up the schedule and half way thru the print ads..
u must be thinking..paying soo little why do so much?
well bcoz i wana see what i will be given next and also it will help in gaining more exposure, the more hands on you are the better and the more stuff you are exposed to the better, i don wan to do a 320 hours internship learning nothing out of the company,
im exchanging my peanut pay for the things i will learn at the end of the day
one good thing about it is i get to see updated magazine for free
and i mean those magazine that we wont usually bare to spend on like 9.90 for an in style mag, or 10bucks for a GQ mag.. i can read it all for free..
hahhaa call me cheapskate but a good 10 bucks could be well spend on some other stuff
anyway i made up my mind to work 4 full days a week hoping to earn about 90bucks..
so 4 weeks is ard 360plus *pout*
but if i learnt something out of it at the end of the day then fine with the pay..
its internship anyway..
and i did seriously considered continuing after the 32ohours, but that is IF my schedule for school is flexible.
hmm shall seee in time...

notice the starbucks paper cup, well we have free flow of 3 in 1 coffees, tea, milo, cereal, even biscuits....hahahhahaha
Thats the life of 2 working days so far
will update more stuff about work soon..
on the side track my ache is becoming really constant lately and each time its getting more n more intolerable..
yet im not prepared to find out the course..
and and and Im having a fetish lately...
hahahhaaaaa hahahahahahaa
I wana do soo many things in between working days and doing FMP
like going to Helipad..
like attending a friend's bday which is soon..( still havent replied my attendance )
like the NUM fashion show on the 14th..
like going to JB for seafood
like meeting up with my different cliques..like Jodi,Jo mama(whom is pregnant now..hee), celine and family,Jess, Gina, Adrian and the guys..
like going to zouk and butter
like more movie loving, cafe sitting
and of course
LIKE BANGKOK SHOPPING!!!!!!!!
Im trying to make the best outta of time
and hopefully im able to slot them in between here n there
but of course i clearly know my piorities now
is to finish internship.. work on FMP... and try to filter all stuff and lessen the load by next module
for next module is just so screwed with the rescheduled of Styles & Trend, Textile and FMP and yaa internship!!!
but well im sure i can do it..
the workaholic me..

oh ya, i really am addicted to this,
Have been eating this for 2 days..hehehheheheeeeeeeeeeeee fish and chip
but don expect alot its only 2.20 after all

1 day to TGIF
and i confess i havent work on the product mix yet
for im really tired when i get home plus the constant ache..
will get them started by thur and done by sun and weekend is FMP day again..

no doubt i still love how things turned out and i still think 2008 is treating me kindly so far.(never mind the bums here n there)
